“I’ve finally found my people!” That clear sense of belonging is what we all desire, isn’t it? And my heart leapt for joy when a respected veteran youth worker pulled me aside at the end of our first-ever Northeast Youth Ministry Summit back in 2023, using those exact words to excitedly tell me about teaching he had heard and the community he had found. His words represented the very outcome we had been hoping for. Now, three years later, we’re eagerly anticipating what God will do in the youth worker community at the 2026 Northeast Youth Ministry Summit. . . and we’d love to have you there as a part of it!
I would like to invite you to join us from March 16 to 19, 2026 at the Ligonier Camp and Conference Center in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania for four days of training, encouragement, and community all built around this year’s theme of “Every Square Inch.” Youth workers from the United States, Mexico, and Canada are already planning to join us, all coming together to pursue further training regarding our high calling and great privilege to faithfully bring the light of God’s unchanging Word into the lives of students and their families with a balanced commitment to grace and truth. Together, we will dig deeper into what it means to understand the times and to know what God’s faithful youth ministry servants are to do (I Chronicles 12:32).
We’ve brought together a strong team of experienced youth ministry trainers who have practical experience and great expertise, all of them working to help you understand what it means to guide and nurture your students into whole-life, biblically-faithful discipleship that takes over every nook and cranny of their lives, both now and into adulthood. What does it mean to live out my faith as an athlete, a student, and someone in the work force? What does it mean to live under the Lordship of Christ in the online world, in my calling, in my vocation, in my sexuality, in my relationships. . . in every square inch of my existence? And, add to this a host of breakout seminars on topics like mental-health, leadership, teaching the Bible, discipleship, missions, volunteer-training, ministry-skills, worship, strategies, and more! Your days will be filled with practical learning, worship, shared meals, community-building, and social gatherings.
