One way we can pray for our kids is through a written litany. Throughout church history, litanies have been used in both personal and corporate prayer. When used corporately or with a group, a leader will read a series of intercessory petitions, and the group (congregation) will respond with a short, standardized refrain.
With this in mind, we’ve adapted, revised, and added to a litany for the young from The Book of Common Prayer to guide your prayers for the children and teens you know and love.
